Bassett Hall - Colonial Williamsburg

Completed in 1766, Bassett Hall once served as the Williamsburg home of Colonial Williamsburg benefactor John D. Rockefeller Jr. and his wife, Abby Aldrich Rockefeller. Bassett Hall was extensively restored and bequeathed to Colonial Williamsburg in 1979. Tours are available of the completely renovated white frame estate and outbuildings, which are nestled on 585 acres. Don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the beautiful gardens that surround Bassett Hall.

Bassett Hall hours are 9 AM to 5 PM daily (March through December); 9 AM to 4 PM daily (January through February).
