The Virginia Air & Space Center

The Virginia Air & Space Center serves as the visitor center for the NASA Langley Research Center and Langley Air Force Base. View the Apollo 12 Command Module, a DC-9 passenger jet, a World War II bomber, a F/A-22 fighter jet, a replica of the 1903 Wright Brothers Flyer and much more! Check out a 3D IMAX film in the Riverside IMAX Theater. Kids will love the restored Hampton Carousel, located adjacent to The Virginia Air & Space Center, which is open daily (except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Seasonal hours; call ahead.
