The Grand Illumination

Live music, candles, holiday decorations and a spectacular fireworks display that takes place in three areas of the Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area - Governor's Palace, Capitol and Magazine - are just a few of the highlights of The Grand Illumination, whcih draws approximately 25,000 people. The Grand Illumination takes place in early December.
